With this update, you can now make payments directly within DataSpace, while enjoying enhanced personal data management features and a more immersive survey editing experience. You can upgrade to the Professional plan without contacting support, and instantly purchase seats and credits as needed.
You can also delete or edit the scheduled deletion date of personal data collected via surveys or uploaded as files directly from the Personal Data Disposal screen — making security and operational management even more seamless.
The editing environment has also been redesigned to help you stay focused. In List View, scrolling with your mouse wheel automatically highlights the question in the center of the screen, syncing it with the question list and settings panel so you can quickly switch between questions.

Dataspace | Payment
Upgrade directly to the Professional plan and unlock even more powerful features.
If you’re currently on the Free plan, simply click [Upgrade Plan] in Dataspace to subscribe to the Professional plan right away. You can also purchase additional credits and seats as needed, making it easier to collaborate and manage your workspace.
Seats: The number of users who can access a workspace. You can invite as many members as the number of seats you’ve purchased to collaborate with your team.
Credits: A prepaid unit you can use for Dataspace’s various features — such as collecting survey responses, uploading data, AI analysis of text responses, and survey distribution — available immediately after purchase.
During your subscription, you can top up credits at any time via card payment, and if you need to collaborate with more team members, you can also purchase additional seats.
If you’ve tried Dataspace with the Free plan, upgrade to the Professional plan to enjoy more flexible seats and credits, as well as a richer feature set and improved convenience.
Dataspace | Security
View and manage the status of collected and uploaded personal information quickly and easily.
A new “Personal Information Deletion” feature has been added to the [Settings] menu in Dataspace.
This feature allows you to view the status of collected and uploaded personal information at a glance and delete it immediately or adjust the deletion date, enabling more thorough and efficient management.
In “Personal Information Collection Status,” you can view surveys that include personal information questions and have not yet been deleted. Clicking the survey shortcut icon allows you to check the deletion date, and you can change it to the earliest possible date if the information is no longer needed.
In “Personal Information Upload Status,” you can view personal information added via files in email, SMS, or notification collection groups that has not been deleted. If collection has not started, you can immediately delete uploaded files using the [Remove File] feature. If collection is in progress, members with project access and Privacy permissions can select [Delete Immediately] after collection ends to delete the data.
With this feature, managing the personal information required for survey operations becomes easier and faster.
Dataspace | Edit
Experience a more focused survey editing environment with just a mouse wheel.
In “List” mode, use the mouse wheel to scroll through the editing screen and explore question areas.
When a question is closest to the center of the screen while scrolling, it is automatically focused in the left question list, and the right settings area immediately displays the settings menu for that question, allowing instant editing.
This feature enables fast navigation and editing of multiple questions, making finding and selecting questions much more intuitive and efficient.
You can also check or modify each question’s settings without additional clicks or screen switches, enhancing focus.
