Updated over 2 weeks ago

This update focuses on improving the efficiency of analysis workflows and the overall collaboration experience.
We have improved response ID formats to prevent data damage, and new functionality allows AI to quickly understand the context before and after analysis. In addition, a commenting feature has been added, enabling clear exchange of opinions among team members during survey design, and our APIs have been upgraded for greater stability and scalability.
Check out the newly enhanced features that help you reduce complex and repetitive tasks and get to information faster.

Dataspace | Edit

Real-time feedback and collaboration made easier

During the creation or review of a survey, a new commenting feature allows you to exchange opinions directly on the question.
Comments can be left at the top of each question, and conversations can be managed through replies in a thread. You can tag team members or mark comments as 'Resolved', and quickly find comments by status or mentions.
Comments can be made regardless of the survey's status, and email notifications and link sharing support seamless communication. Now you can improve the speed and accuracy of collaboration across the survey design process, and systematically manage feedback.

Dataspace | Analysis

Gain insights faster by identifying Original Responses

We newly launched the Original Response Table to help you quickly grasp the context of each response and derive insights without delay.
Responses are organized in card format, with options to search or copy each response. You can mark and gather important responses, as well. The table displays up to 400 cards in order of recency, and you can save up to 50 important responses for easy review and sharing.
In addition, a navigation bar in the analysis tab allows you to easily identify and switch between different views (Original Responses, Topic Analysis, etc.). Select features as needed to enhance the efficiency of your work.

Dataspace | Analysis

Incorporate ‘id_’ prefixes to identify response IDs

We have fixed the issue of long numeric response IDs automatically converting to exponential format in Excel (e.g., 1.23457E+15). Now, all response IDs will feature an ‘id_’ prefix, allowing you to maintain consistent formatting across raw data, the Responses tab, and data import. This applies to existing surveys, and matching is simple based on prefix addition or removal.
Identify and manage your data confidently throughout the analysis process without concerns over ID damage.

Dataspace | Integration

Experience enhanced stability and scalability with API v3

As demand for integration between Dataspace and customers’ internal systems has increased, we are proud to introduce API v3 for an even more stable and scalable service. The API has undergone a complete structural overhaul to support a variety of use cases, including in-app surveys and data loading.
You can access response information not through a single API call as before, but through individual response APIs. Each response data set includes images and detailed metadata for a wide range of use. In the future, we plan to provide APIs for accessing analysis results, including variables created or imported.

📢 Other important changes not to be missed!

✅Analysis | The X-axis of numeric data is represented in whole numbers. Select variables are automatically displayed in either a donut or bar chart based on the number of values.
✅Import | Google Forms can automatically recognize and import 0-10 point scale questions as NPS.
✅Edit | Expanded question card area for clearer information structure and future feature expansion.
✅Collect | Adjust the target number of responses even while collecting or paused, allowing for more flexible management of remaining credits.
✅Response | Refresh confirmation alert to prevent unintended refreshing on mobile.
✅Login | Quick sign-up and login with Google accounts for immediate access to the service without separate account creation.
