There are moments when you need to secure data quickly, and other moments when the process of designing a sophisticated survey is more critical.
In this update, we introduce various features that allow you to respond flexibly to these diverse situations. Take a look at the features added this month below.
Update Preview
Panel Self-Survey | Secure data quickly with the ‘Collect Immediately’ feature.
Editor | Edit surveys more intuitively and easily with the new Editor interface.
Editor | ‘Attribute display logic’ can now be set for Multiple Rating and Multiple Text questions.
Panel Self-Survey | ‘Collect Immediately’ Added
Previously, when collecting responses through the OpenSurvey panel, surveys containing screening questions required a ‘Check incidence rate’ process to confirm the final quote before collection could begin. This method is suitable for managing projects stably as it allows for an accurate understanding of collection feasibility and costs in advance.
In addition to this, the ‘Collect Immediately’ feature has been newly added for situations where you need to check data quickly and gain immediate insights. You can start collection without waiting for the separate incidence rate verification procedure, allowing you to check data within approximately 24 hours and monitor responses as they accumulate in real time.
🧙 What is the difference between ‘Collect Immediately’ and ‘Collect after Checking Incidence Rate’?
| Collect Immediately | Collect after Checking Incidence Rate |
Process | Write Survey → Select Targeting/Sampling → Start Collection | Write Survey → Select Targeting/Sampling → Pay 100 KRW → Check Incidence & Final Quote → Pay Total Quote → Start Collection |
Verification Method | Verified via AI prediction | Verified by collecting actual responses for 24 hours after paying 100 KRW |
Time Required | Approx. 24 hours | Approx. 48 hours (including verification) |
Result Check | Real-time monitoring of responses available | Full data available after collection is complete |
Moving forward, choose ‘Collect after Checking Incidence Rate’ when accurate prior prediction is required, and select ‘Collect Immediately’ when you want to secure data quickly.
Editor | Editor Interface Renewal
The way a survey is structured is vital for collecting high-quality data and gaining better insights. The Editor interface, where you write questions and set logic, has been updated so that users can discover features in more intuitive locations and set complex functions more easily.
🧙 How the Editor has changed
✅ From adding questions to configuration, a more natural flow
Add questions more flexibly and comfortably
Previously, you had to click the [+] button and then select a question type to add a question. Now, you can also easily add questions using the [+ Question] button located at the top or bottom of a question.Question Category and Question Type are now closer to the question
The features for designating the Category and Type of a question have been placed closer to the question area. You can now set the most fundamental Category and Type immediately within the flow of entering your question.Clearer structure for Logic and Question Settings
Various logic and question setting items have been organized into ‘Question Area’ and ‘Response Area.’ Since you can see at a glance which area each setting belongs to, it is much easier to understand what you are configuring.
✅ Making Screening Logic easier to understand
When setting screening questions for the first time, the logic configuration can feel somewhat difficult. To make this easier to understand and set, the ‘Navigation destination after screening question response’ has been organized by condition.
You can now configure the flow based on which screen each respondent moves to depending on their conditions, allowing for a clearer understanding of the screening logic structure.
✅ Add Termination Pages and set navigation at a glance
Add Termination Pages with a more intuitive button
Previously, termination pages were added by clicking a [+] button. Now, you can create them through the [+ Additional Termination Page] button at the bottom of the default termination page, with up to 3 pages allowed.Navigation settings after completing response have been repositioned
The option to redirect respondents to a specified URL upon completion is now located closer to related settings. You can easily find and configure where the respondent will go after the survey ends.
Editor | Attribute Display Logic for Multiple Rating & Multiple Text Questions
You can now set Attribute display logic for Multiple Rating, Multiple Text, and Numeric Sum questions.
When operating a survey, there are cases where it is difficult to show the same items to all respondents. This is because some items may be inappropriate for certain respondents or simply cannot be selected depending on their situation.
With this update, you can hide or show specific items based on the results of previous questions, allowing you to naturally expose only the items that fit the respondent's context. This reduces unnecessary choices and enables the collection of accurate, high-reliability data within a smoother response flow.
The configuration method is the same as the existing ‘Choice display logic,’ making it easy to use. Try utilizing Attribute display logic even in the newly supported question types.
