What is the Collections tab?
The Collection tab is an area where you can generate response links and QR codes, send surveys, and manage the status of collection groups. After completing survey editing, you can access it by clicking the 'Collect' tab on the top bar.
Configuring the Collection Tab Screen
① Collected Credits
You can check the status of credits available in the Dataspace you belong to. Click the button to view detailed information as described below:
Available: The total number of credits purchased, minus those already used or scheduled to be used. After the expiration date, unused credits will no longer be available. A notification email will be sent before the expiration date.
Scheduled: If you have a survey or collection group with a target number of respondents that is currently collecting responses but has not yet collected any, the credits will appear under Scheduled.
Used: The total number of credits that have been used for response collection.
Total credits: The total number of credits purchased.
Purchase: View the current credit usage status. You can make additional purchases by clicking the [Inquire] button.
📌 What if the number of credits used is less than the total number of credits purchased, but no new collections are made?
If the number of credits you have used is less than the total number of credits you have purchased, but you are not collecting new ones, please check the response goals of the surveys that are currently being collected and change them to completed status.
For example, if a specific survey has a target of 10,000 respondents and 10,000 collection credits have been purchased, 10,000 will be displayed in the Scheduled area.
In this case, even if the actual number of responses is not as many as the target, new responses cannot be collected. Therefore, the collection status of the survey or collection group with a target response of 10,000 people must be marked as complete.
② New collection group

③ Send the survey from the space
This feature allows users to independently send surveys to pre-registered MY Panel members or external respondents in their space. It supports sending via SMS, email, and notification messages.
Email Sending: You can send emails to collect responses from MY Panel members or external respondents registered in Dataspace. Editing features are provided, such as composing email subjects and body text, inserting images, and adding buttons.
④ Collect responses through link
This feature allows you to collect responses by generating a response link or QR code that can be used to send a survey to external respondents who are not registered in the dataspace. It provides an anonymous link, personal links, and a QR code.
Create an anonymous link: Generate a link for respondents to access your survey anonymously.
Create personal links: Generate personalized links for your survey. For example, if you are surveying 1,000 people, you can create 1,000 unique response links to personalize the survey experience.
Generate a QR Code: Create a QR code to access the survey directly.
📌 Tips to Remember!
Surveys that use parameters must collect responses using the 'Create an anonymous link' method.
④ List of collection groups
When you create a new collection group, the Collection tab will display a collection group list screen. You can view details such as each collection group name, status, responses/target, start and end times, etc.
Collection Group: You can check the title and collection method of each collection group. The collection method is displayed as an icon to the left of the title.
Status: You can check the status of each collection group. There are four statuses: Created, Live, Paused, and Closed.
Created: Collection has not started yet. You can still edit the survey title and content.
Live: Collection is in progress. From this point on, you can check the results of the collected responses.
Paused: Collection has started but has either reached the target number of participants, passed the end date, or been manually paused by the user. In the Paused state, collection can be restarted. However, some features are restricted when editing the survey.
Closed: Collection has been manually ended by the user or has been in the Paused state for more than three months, at which point it automatically changes to Closed. In the Closed state, collection cannot be restarted.
Responses/Target: Displays the number of responses collected compared to the target number of respondents for each collection group.
Start and Closed: This shows the start and closed times for collecting responses for each collection group. For surveys that have not started collection yet, both the start and closed times will be blank. For surveys that are still being collected, the closed time will be blank.
Closed: This is the button used to close a survey in the Paused state.
More: Clicking the More button will allow you to copy or delete each collection group.
