Workflows | Slack Integration
You can now integrate Dataspace with Slack to receive real-time notifications for survey responses and key metric changes based on your workflow settings.
Instead of logging into Dataspace every time to check results, automated Slack alerts will be sent according to your preset workflows—whether it's for completed responses, specific response triggers, or significant shifts in key metrics.

Automated Feedback Loops: If a respondent selects "Dissatisfied" in a CSAT survey, the response details can be automatically sent to a Slack channel for immediate review.
Proactive Issue Management: If the average NPS falls below a certain threshold, an automatic alert can be sent to relevant departments, allowing for swift and proactive responses to customer issues.
Dashboards | Image Widget
An Image Widget has been added to the dashboard. You can now upload image files directly to provide visual context that charts or numbers might struggle to convey, making your dashboards more intuitive and easier to understand.

Concept Testing: In concept evaluation surveys, visual "concept boards" are often used to help respondents visualize ideas. By placing these boards next to the results using the Image Widget, you can compare responses for each concept at a glance.
Efficiency Tip: Select the "Concept Test" template to build your dashboard quickly and analyze reactions effectively.
