What Are Seats?

A seat is a license that allows one user to access and use a specific Space in Dataspace.

In short, seats define how many people can collaborate together. You can flexibly increase or adjust the number of seats at any time to match your team size or collaboration needs.

You can purchase up to 100 seats on the Professional plan.

If you want 5 people to use Dataspace together, simply purchase 5 seats and invite those members.

step 1. Click [Upgrade Plan].

step 2. On the plan subscription screen, click [Get Started] under Professional.

step 3. Select the number of seats you need and complete payment.

The cost of purchased seats is calculated proportionally based on the remaining subscription period. Seat charges added during the current subscription period will be combined with your existing subscription cost and automatically billed at the next renewal.

For Spaces on the Professional plan with card-based auto-renewal, you can also purchase additional seats directly from Settings.

step 1. Go to [Settings > Subscription & Billing] and click the [Add Seats] button.

step 2. Enter the number of seats you want to add, review the payment amount and notes, then click [Pay] to complete.

The number of seats available and subscription pricing by plan are as follows. Note that Free plan users cannot purchase additional seats — seat purchases are only available after upgrading to a paid plan.

When you purchase additional seats from the Settings screen, charges are calculated only for the remaining subscription period.

These additionally purchased seats are then included in your existing subscription cost from the next renewal and billed automatically.
