Guided Solution AI Insights: Making data interpretation easier and faster!

Interpreting complex charts during data analysis can be challenging. Now, the AI Insights feature automatically organizes key information, making data comprehension much simpler. You won't need to interpret numbers yourself, as the AI will analyze the data and explain its significance in natural language.
You can use the AI Insights feature by creating your survey with Guided Solution. Click the AI Insights button on the 'Solution' tab of the analysis page, and the AI will automatically read and interpret the data. This allows you to understand your survey results more quickly and intuitively. Additionally, a new filter function has been added to allow you to analyze only the data you want. When you apply a filter, charts and AI insights will be updated in real-time, enabling more precise analysis.
Create surveys with Guided Solution and use AI Insights to quickly grasp your key insights!

Text AI analysis performance tripled! Process more data in less time.

You can now analyze up to 30,000 fields of text data in a single job, three times the previous capacity of 10,000. There is no need to divide your data into multiple jobs; process large volumes of text simultaneously to maximize analysis efficiency.
The service will also allow you to predict analysis time. You will receive an estimated completion time based on the number of responses you are analyzing. Projects with fewer than 1,000 responses will be completed within one hour, while projects with 1,000 to 30,000 responses will be completed within 48 hours. Automatic notification emails will be sent to project members upon completion, allowing you to check results as soon as they are available.
You can now analyze large volumes of text data more quickly and efficiently, and gain insight into your analysis workflow with predicted completion times. Reduce repetitive analysis tasks and secure more insights in less time.

More sophisticated numeric responses! Update to the input reference function

Now you can set the response values of the previous question as the allowed range of inputs for a numeric open-ended question. The range of values that respondents can enter will be automatically adjusted, allowing for more precise data collection while maintaining logical consistency.
The numeric response reference function can be applied to various surveys that require continuous numeric responses.
For example, in a survey asking how frequently a specific behavior occurs, you can set the allowed range of input based on the response to the previous question.
When a survey asks about the amount of money respondents expect to spend, for example, you can set the minimum amount in the first question, and the second question will automatically use that amount as a lower limit.
You can also encourage respondents to submit consistent answers across questions by setting the allowed ranges on consecutive numeric questions.
This function is especially useful for surveys that gauge consumer perceptions of product prices. For example, suppose you conduct a survey to determine the appropriate price of a new air purifier.
First, ask respondents, "What price would make you suspect a quality issue?" The response range will be set between 50,000 and 500,000 won, and let's say the respondent enters 100,000 won.
Next, ask, "What price would you consider a bargain?" The allowed range will automatically adjust to 100,000 won or higher, ensuring that respondents can only submit a lower price.
This maintains consistency in the survey and allows for more accurate data collection without response errors. Survey creators do not need to set the response range, which streamlines the process. Now you can ensure more precise and reliable data with the response reference function!

📢 Important changes not to be missed!

✅The webhook feature has become even more convenient. Previously, you had to enter the HMAC key manually every time you registered a webhook, but now you can use a fixed key per space, making the setup process much simpler. This reduces unnecessary input, minimizes the risk of human error, and enhances security.
✅The member invitation process has been improved. Previously, the invitation was completed only after the invited person accepted the email, but now anyone can do so through the space list after logging in. You can also accept the invitation through the URL of the specific space or project, so you don’t have to worry about missing the invitation email.
✅A new feature for managing collection credits has also been added. Until now, it has been difficult to find out where credits are reserved, but now Space admins can manage credit usage at a glance. This helps reduce unnecessary credit reservation and increase the effectiveness of credit use.
✅Data import has also been enhanced. You can now upload date and time data, and the variable recommendation algorithm has been improved. Particularly, we have addressed the issue of numerical identifiers being automatically recognized as numerical variables, allowing you to upload them as text variables instead. The system also provides an option to add blank values when modifying value labels, making data management more flexible.
