What is Security Settings status by member?
Security Settings status by member is a feature that allows administrators (those with Security permissions) to check the security compliance status of members belonging to the Space.
2-step verification login: You can check whether it is activated for each member.
Auto log-out settings: You can identify the auto log-out time set by each member.
💡 Usage tip | By activating 2-step verification for the entire Space or setting auto log-out standards, you can strictly manage access so that members can only access the Space after completing the corresponding security settings.
How to check security settings status by member
step 1. Access [Settings > Security] from the left menu of Dataspace, then click the [Shortcuts] button in Security Settings status by member.
step 2. On the screen you moved to, you can check whether 2-step verification login is active for each member and the Auto log-out settings value.
💡 Usage tip | Administrators cannot directly change a member's settings on the security settings status screen. If a change is required by policy, please guide the member to change it directly in [Top right Profile > Profile Settings > Security Settings].
