Registering Assets in the Library

Learn how to register and manage frequently used assets in the Library — surveys, blocks, questions, Kakao AlimTalk templates, and more. Save the assets you use repeatedly to the Library and put them to work faster and more efficiently.

📌 The Library is available on all plans, but can only be used by members with a Creator seat.

Types of Assets You Can Register

1️⃣ Surveys

You can register entire surveys to the Library, as well as individual blocks or questions. Save recurring scheduled surveys or frequently used items in advance so you can retrieve and use them right away whenever needed.

For example, you can register consent questions — such as consent to collect and use sensitive information, consent to collect and use personal information, or intellectual property protection pledges — and profile blocks that confirm respondent information such as household type, whether they have children, and age, then use them efficiently across surveys.

2️⃣ Kakao AlimTalk Templates

Register and manage KakaoTalk message templates to use with the "AlimTalk" sending feature. Saving frequently used message content as templates lets you use them more quickly and consistently when sending surveys.

💡 Tip: To register a Kakao AlimTalk template, you must first connect your Kakao Business channel. See the [Connecting a Kakao Business Channel] guide for detailed instructions.

How to Register Assets

✅ Registering Directly from the Library

1️⃣ Surveys

step 1. Go to the Library, then click the [+ Add] button below the survey section.

step 2. When the "Add survey template" modal appears, select the item you want to register as a template.

  • Survey: A list of surveys registered in the Space will appear — select the survey you want.

  • Select block/question: You can select only a specific block or question within the chosen survey to add. If you don't make a separate selection, the entire survey will be registered as a template.

  • Name: The title of the selected survey is automatically entered, but you can edit it to any name you prefer.

step 3. Once registration is complete, the survey is saved as a shared asset in the Space and can be freely viewed and used by all Creators.

2️⃣ Kakao AlimTalk Templates

step 1. Go to the Library.

step 2. To register a Kakao AlimTalk template, you must first authenticate your Kakao Business channel.

If your channel is not yet connected, click the [Connect Kakao Channel] button and complete the connection by following the [Connecting a Kakao Business Channel] guide first.

step 3. Follow the [AlimTalk Template Registration] guide to register your AlimTalk template.

step 4. Once you have filled in all the required fields, click the [Request Review] button in the bottom right. AlimTalk templates are saved to the Library after passing Kakao's review, and the review result will be sent to you by email within 2 business days.

✅ Registering from a Survey

1️⃣ Survey

Select the survey you want to save to the Library from your project, then click [Save to Library] in the upper right corner to register it.

2️⃣ Block

Select the block you want to save to the Library, then click the [Library] icon on the right to register it.

3️⃣ Question

Select the question you want to save to the Library, then click the [Library] icon on the right to register it.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I deleted an asset registered in the Library. Will this affect surveys or analyses that are already using it?

A. No. Even if you delete or modify an asset in the Library, it will not affect surveys that have already been created using that asset or their analysis results.

For example, if you create a survey using a survey template registered in the Library and then later delete or modify that template in the Library, the survey that was already created and is currently running will remain unchanged.
