  • With the addition of AI features to Dataspace, the Terms of Service are being updated to clarify the scope of AI-related services, data processing principles, usage rules, and liability.

  • These changes pertain to the newly added AI features in Dataspace and do not affect existing service terms and conditions.

  • "Dataspace Services": A "Research & Experience Management Platform" that enables companies to directly carry out the entire process of collecting and analyzing experience data from their own MY Panels and Opensurvey's panels, and provides collaboration, integration, and security features.

6. The "Company" shall process data related to AI features within the "Dataspace Service" in accordance with the following principles:

  • Content entered by "Members" while using AI features, data within the Space referenced by AI to generate responses, and outputs generated by AI shall not be used for the purpose of training or improving AI models (including models of third-party AI technology providers).

  • When AI references data within the Space to generate responses, the "Company" shall take technical measures to ensure that personal information is not included in the referenced data. However, if personal information is included due to technical errors, the "Company" shall delete such data immediately upon discovery and notify the "Member."

  • The "Company" may utilize third-party AI technology to provide AI features, and shall apply technical measures such as excluding personal information items from collection and indexing to ensure that data containing personal information is not transmitted to such third parties. However, if data transmitted despite such technical measures constitutes personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act, the "Company" shall comply with applicable laws regarding processing entrustment or cross-border transfer. Detailed information regarding the name, location, and scope of data processing of third-party AI technology providers shall be made available through in-service notices by the "Company."

  • This paragraph serves as a special provision to the "Company's" data utilization rights under Paragraph 4, and the non-training principle set forth in Subparagraph 1 of this paragraph shall take precedence for data processed through AI features. The "Company" shall not use data processed in connection with AI features for AI model training or improvement.

3. "Members" acknowledge and agree to the following regarding responses and outputs provided through AI features within the "Dataspace Service":

  • Responses and outputs provided through AI features are automatically generated based on data within the Space, and the "Company" does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • "Members" may use responses and outputs provided through AI features as reference materials, and shall be responsible for any decisions made based on such materials.

  • The "Company" shall not be liable for damages arising from inaccurate or incomplete responses and outputs that may occur due to the technical characteristics of AI features, unless caused by the "Company's" willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  • If a "Member" infringes upon the rights of third parties in the course of utilizing or distributing outputs generated through AI features, the "Member" shall be responsible. However, if third-party copyrighted works or other materials are inadvertently generated or included in outputs due to errors in the design or operation of AI features, Subparagraph 3 of this paragraph shall apply.
