A. Insight Wiki derives key insights, implications, and action items based on the data you select and delivers them in report format. Based on an AI workflow trained on Opensurvey's 10+ years of research expertise, it automatically generates expert-level analysis results.
Q2. What types of data can be used to generate an Insight Wiki?
A. The following two types of data can be used:
Trend Report Data: Public data collected by Opensurvey for trend report creation and consumer trend analysis. This can be used free of charge.
My Space Data: Survey data collected directly within your Space in Dataspace can be used within a limited scope.
Q3. In what format are reports provided?
A. Reports are provided in web report format within Dataspace, Opensurvey's research and experience management platform.
Using the 'Copy Share Link' feature within the web report, you can share the insights with anyone inside or outside your team.
Q4. From what perspective are reports written?
A. Before generating a report, users can input the analysis perspective they want.
Based on the entered perspective, AI composes relevant insights. When generating a report for exploratory purposes, AI automatically suggests analysis perspectives suited to the characteristics of the data.
Q5. What languages are supported for report generation?
A. Insight Wiki allows you to select from Korean, English, or Japanese as the language for report generation.
Q6. Are the reports I generate and the content I input made public?
A. No. Unless you explicitly share using the 'Share' feature, the intent you entered and the reports generated are not made public. All data and outputs are managed only within your user account.
Q7. Can AI present incorrect insights?
A. Since Insight Wiki operates based on an LLM (Large Language Model), it may not be 100% accurate due to the generative nature of the model.
To compensate for this, insights are presented along with data-based evidence, and the system is designed so that users can verify results and judge their reliability themselves.
Q8. Is the data I upload or the questions I write used for AI training?
A. No. All data, questions, and generated results entered in Dataspace are not used for LLM training. The data is processed safely only within the customer account and used temporarily only for AI analysis.
Q9. What is the data retention policy?
A. Uploaded data and generated reports are accessible only within your customer account and can be deleted by the user. When deleted, the data is immediately and completely removed from the system.
Q10. Can there be restrictions on using the service?
A. If malicious activities such as technology theft or system attacks are detected β beyond the intended normal use β access to the service may be restricted. This is a measure taken to ensure smooth and secure service provision. Thank you for your understanding.
