What is Text AI?
Text AI uses AI technology to quantify collected text data and classify it by topics and sentiments, helping you quickly grasp overall trends and patterns.
It also provides an automatic translation function that translates multilingual collected data into the desired language, making it easy to integrate and analyze customer opinions in various languages.
This enables companies to derive insights from automatic analysis results without manually reviewing massive text data, significantly reducing time and cost spent on outsourcing text analysis or translation requests.
Main Features of Text AI
Text AI provides the following key features. Please refer to the documentation for detailed information on each function.
① Original Responses
This feature allows you to view original responses directly within the “Analysis” tab without switching screens.
You can quickly find specific responses by searching keywords.
Clicking the icon at the top right of a response lets you mark it as important, and you can filter to view only important responses.
Copying response content to the clipboard is also supported.
② Word Cloud – Morphological Analysis
This feature visualizes response texts as keywords, allowing you to see main responses at a glance.
Word clouds are provided by default in text analysis; they separate responses into keywords and visualize them with varying size and color based on frequency.
Applying morphological analysis extracts only nouns, verbs, and adjectives, providing a more refined word cloud and keyword table.
This feature is available in the Analysis, Report, and Text AI tabs.
③ Topic Analysis
Topic analysis automatically extracts common topics and opinions by analyzing response texts with AI and visualizes them as bubble charts.
You can quickly grasp the core topics of the data without checking each response individually.
Each topic also includes a summary of responses, allowing you to easily review large amounts of text data in a condensed form.
④ Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment analysis classifies emotional tendencies in response texts into three categories — positive, neutral, and negative — and visualizes them as gauge charts.
Summarized responses for each sentiment are provided, and you can view the actual responses by clicking the tab.
This quantifies customer reactions, allowing you to intuitively understand emotional perceptions of brands or services.
⑤ Text translation
The text translation feature supports automatic translation of multilingual collected text data into your desired language.
It provides translation between over 100 languages, including Korean, and efficiently consolidates multiple languages within a project into a single analysis language.
📌 Important Notes
Even if you subscribe to a plan, you must hold “Text Credits” to use Text AI features.
Text Credits are used for topic analysis, sentiment analysis, and text translation features, with one credit consumed per response.
Word cloud (including morphological analysis) and text grouping features are free to use without credit consumption.
