In Data Space, you can distribute surveys through the following methods:
Generating response links or QR codes
Sending via SMS, email, or notification messages
Using consumer panels
However, response collection may be restricted under the following conditions. Please review the causes and solutions for each restriction to ensure smooth survey collection.
Reasons for Collection Restrictions and How to Resolve Them
① No Active Plan or Expired Subscription
A valid subscription plan is required to collect responses in Data Space.
※ With the Free plan, responses can only be collected through links (basic link generation, individual links, or QR codes).
Therefore, if no paid plan is subscribed to or the existing plan has expired, response collection will be restricted.
② Exceeding the Limit of Registered MY Panels
If the number of registered MY panels exceeds the limit set by your plan, surveys cannot be distributed, and responses cannot be collected via collection groups.
This often occurs when renewing a subscription with a plan that has a lower panel limit than the previous one.
③ Insufficient Response or Sending Credits
Both response collection and message delivery require credits. If credits are insufficient, survey distribution will be interrupted, or response collection will be restricted.
④ Exceeding Survey Response Limit
In Data Space, up to 200,000 responses can be collected per single survey.
If multiple collection groups are managed within one survey and their combined target responses exceed 200,000, collection will be restricted.
⑤ Using Features Not Provided by Your Plan
The features available depend on your plan. If your survey includes the following features but your plan does not support them, collection will be restricted.
Including personal information questions
Customizing response start/end pages
Using MY Panels, embedded data, or URL parameters
To use surveys that include these features, you must upgrade to a higher plan that provides them.
