What are Dataspace Member Permissions?
Dataspace member permissions are divided into six categories: Admin, Team, Security, Privacy, Developer, and Project. Depending on the permissions granted, members can manage the space, control security and privacy settings, or handle API, webhook, and project creation functions.
The first user who creates a space is granted all six permissions, including Admin, and has the ability to assign specific permissions to other members. Admin permissions can also be transferred to another member.
Members may have multiple permissions or none at all. For instance, Member A could have Team and Security permissions, while Member B might not have any. Even without specific permissions, members invited to a project can still use core Dataspace features, such as editing surveys, collecting responses, and uploading data.
*Dataspace member permissions may change after service improvements and updates. This article was written based on the October 2024 policy.

① Admin
Admin permissions are granted to the user who first created the space. They can assign or revoke permissions for other members in the space, receive notifications related to payments and subscriptions, and change or delete the space name.
📌 Important Notes
The first member who creates a space is automatically granted Admin, Team, Security, Privacy, Developer, and Project permissions.
Only members with Admin permissions can assign or modify Dataspace member permissions.
② Team
Team permissions allow you to invite or remove members from the space and view the invitation list.
③ Security
Security permissions control the security-related functions of the space. Using the space's 'IP Access Control', you can restrict member access to specific IPs. Additionally, you can require members to set personal security settings, such as 'Two-factor authentication' and 'Inactivity timeout', according to the space's security policy. Security permissions also allow you to download members' personal security status, access history, and permission change history.
④ Privacy
Privacy permissions allow members to view or download data containing personal information, delete MY panel registered in the space, and directly erase personal information unintentionally collected in general questions that are not designated as personal information questions.
⑤ Developer
Developer permissions enable the reissuance of authentication keys or HMAC keys for connecting to the Dataspace API or webhook.
⑥ Project
Project permissions allow you to create projects in your dataspace, enabling you to group data by topics or collaborators.

📌 Are space permissions and project access levels different?
Yes, they are different. Space permissions are special permissions granted to members responsible for managing members within the space and overseeing security, personal information, APIs, webhooks, and other administrative functions. Project access levels, on the other hand, determine the level of access granted to members within specific projects created in the space. The features and functions members can control within a project depend on their assigned access level.
