What is an Image question?
An Image question is a question type where respondents answer by directly uploading photos or image files after seeing the question. It is particularly useful when you want to check situations or states that are difficult to explain in writing.
However, images that may contain personal information cannot be collected. When creating a question, please be sure to check whether there is a possibility that personal information such as the respondent's face, contact information, or address will be exposed.
🧙 Try using it in these cases:
When you want to check the actual appearance or condition of the product in use
When you want to collect cases where it is difficult to understand the context with only text descriptions
Creating Image Questions
1️⃣ Question
This is the area to enter the question content to be shown to respondents.
Please take and upload a photo of the actual appearance of Product A you are currently using. It helps if you take the photo so that the entire product is clearly visible.
Please take and upload a photo of the space where you are actually using Product A. Please take the photo so that the product and the surrounding environment are visible together.
You can adjust the font size or style using the formatting editor, and enhance the survey's readability by inserting links, tables, images, or videos.
2️⃣ Image Upload Area
The area where the respondent will upload the image appears at the bottom of the question, and respondents can only upload images in JPG or PNG format when responding.
💡 These features are also available for Image questions.
Various features can be accessed from the settings on the right of the Image question.
