The maximum number of messages that can be sent when distributing surveys via Email, SMS, or AlimTalk varies depending on how recipients are added.
① Add from My Panel
When sending to panels registered in your Space's My Panel, you can send surveys to a maximum of 200,000 people per collection group.
② Add from a File
If you are not using My Panel, you can upload a file of target respondents in the specified format (csv or xlsx file) and send surveys. In this case as well, up to 200,000 people can be uploaded and sent per collection group.
📌 Please Note
Personal information of respondents uploaded via file is automatically deleted after 300 days.
After 300 days, the personal information will no longer be viewable in the send list.
Since participation in the survey is not possible after personal information has been deleted, the survey response end date must be set within 300 days.
