The permission to delete data within a project is granted only to members with an 'Allow All' access level. Members with 'Allow All' permission can click the additional actions (⋮) button on the right side of the data and select 'Delete'.
Deleting a survey makes all survey-related pages inaccessible, including the editor, collection results, and response test link. Deleted data is kept in the recycle bin for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

The features available within a project vary by access level.
If your project access level is not 'Allow All', please ask a member with 'Allow All' permission to delete the survey or change the access level.
