What Are Project Access Levels?

Project access levels define the range of features a member can use within a project. By setting access levels appropriate to the project's nature, you can restrict who can edit the project or download data.

Every project must have at least one member with "Full Access," and the member who first creates a project is automatically granted "Full Access."

Available Features by Project Access Level

📌 Even features within your project access level cannot be used if they are not included in your subscribed plan or assigned Space permissions.

1️⃣ Full Access

"Full Access" is for members who need to manage the project comprehensively.

This level grants access to all features, including member management, project settings, survey creation and editing, and data viewing and analysis.

"Edit Access" suits members who are responsible for managing survey operations.

Project management features are restricted, but members can create and edit surveys, collect responses, and view and analyze data.

Q. Are Space permissions different from project access levels?

A. Yes, they are different concepts.

Space permissions are granted to manage Space members and control Space-wide settings such as security, personal information, and API/webhook configurations.

Project access levels define the range of features a member can access and use within a specific project created inside the Space. Available features vary depending on the access level assigned.
