You can invite new members to your space or remove members who have already been invited. However, only members with Team permissions can perform these actions.
How to invite members
Go to [Settings > Members] on the DataSpace home page and click the [Invite] button in the top right corner.
※ If you do not have Team permissions, the button will be disabled.
In the “Enter members to invite to the space” field, input the email addresses of the members you want to invite. You can enter multiple email addresses to invite several members at once.
During the invitation process, you can pre-select the projects that the invited members will have access to. Check the desired projects, select the access level, and then click [Next].

You can also assign Space permissions to the invited members in advance. Select the desired additional permissions and click [Complete Invitation].
Note: Only members with Admin permissions can perform this action. If you do not have Admin permissions, this feature will be disabled.
Click the [Complete Invitation] button in the bottom right corner to send the invitation email. Once the invited member opens the email and accepts the invitation, the process is complete.
🤔 How many members can I invite to a space?
The number of members you can invite refers to the remaining slots after subtracting registered members and pending invitations. You can check this number at the top of the Members page.
To increase the number of members you can invite, you need to purchase additional sheets. For more details, see “Purchase Sheets.”
📌 Additional Information
Members who have accepted the invitation can be seen in the member list, while pending invitations can be viewed under “Pending Invitations.”
On the “Invite” screen, you can check the invitation date, the number of collaborative projects for the invited members, and their Space permissions.
Invitations can be canceled if needed, and if you need to modify projects or permissions, you must cancel the existing invitation and re-invite.
Members can have multiple permissions. Even without explicit permissions, being invited to a project allows them to use key DataSpace functions such as survey editing, data collection, and data upload.
How to Dismiss Members
1) In [Members], click More on the right side of the account you want to remove and select Dismiss. If Dismiss is disabled, check if you have Team permissions. Team permissions can be granted by the Admin.
🤔 What if I have Team permissions but can’t dismiss a specific member?
If you cannot remove a member despite having Team permissions, check if they hold any space permissions. A member can only be dismissed if they do not have any active permissions.
2) When you click the Dismiss button, a screen will appear for transferring the project permissions of the member you want to remove. Specify a member to receive these project permissions. The new member will gain access to the projects and all related data that the dismissed member had access to.
3) Once dismissed, the member will be removed from [Members], and the number of available invitations will increase accordingly.
