There are times when errors occur while using a Space, or you encounter difficulties and need assistance. In such cases, you can contact us via chatbot to receive help from the Dataspace support team. While screenshots are useful, some situations are difficult to explain through chat alone.
If an accurate assessment is still not possible, direct access to your Space by the support team may be needed for prompt issue resolution. In these cases, users can grant the support team limited access to their Space for a specified period.
To receive faster and more accurate support when you need help, please set up 'Support Team Access' by following the instructions below.
How to Allow Support Team Access
Navigate to [Settings > Space] in the upper right corner of the Dataspace screen, then click [Allow Support Team Access].
Complete the following steps in order, then click [Allow Access]:
Required Consent: Review the notice regarding granting access rights to your Space and the personal data protection-related consent.
Select whether the support team is already aware of the issue:
If you have already reported the issue via the customer support chatbot → "I have already notified the support team of the issue."
If you have not yet submitted an inquiry → "I have not yet notified the support team of the issue." (In this case, the chatbot window will automatically open so you can quickly describe the issue.)
Set the access period: You can choose a 'Specific Date' or 'No Expiry'. Once the period ends, the support team's access will be automatically deactivated.
3. Once access is granted, a notice will appear on the Space settings screen indicating the access period, and an icon will be continuously displayed in the upper right corner of the Dataspace screen.
✅ Important Notes
All members, regardless of Space permissions or project access level, can use the "Allow Support Team Access" feature.
You can stop access at any time by selecting [Stop Access] in [Settings > Space Settings]. Access will also be automatically revoked after the set period expires.
You can view all access permission, change, and stop history in the [Access Permission Change History] menu.
