Plan Subscription & Upgrade

Learn everything you need to know — from subscribing to a plan for the first time, to renewing an expired plan.

Using the Free Plan

1️⃣ Sign up for Dataspace and log in.

step 1. If you are not yet a member, sign up on the registration page.

step 2. After signing up, log in on the login page.

2️⃣ Create a Space.

step 1. After registering as a new Opensurvey member and accessing Dataspace, the onboarding page will appear.

step 2. Enter the name of the new Space you want to create along with your company and department information, then click the [Start Dataspace] button.

💡 Usage tip | A Space is a workspace within Dataspace for managing projects and data. Each Space allows you to independently create surveys, analyze data, and manage panels.

💡 Usage tip | The information entered on the onboarding page will be used to provide personalized services, such as survey recommendations tailored to your industry and role.

step 3. Once your Space is created, you can start using the Free Plan right away.

💡 Usage tip | The Free Plan includes 300 Collect credits and 300 Import credits by default. Additional purchases are available after upgrading your plan.

💡 Usage tip | The Free Plan is available to all Dataspace users with no time limit. The credits included in the Free Plan by default have no expiration date.


Upgrading to the Professional Plan

1️⃣ Select Plan Upgrade from your current Space.

step 1. In the Space where you are using the Free Plan, click [Plan Upgrade] in the bottom-left corner.

step 2. Click [Get Started] under Professional.

2️⃣ Select all required options for your subscription.

✅ Payment Method

You can choose between annual or monthly billing. Only card payment is supported as a payment method.

✅ Seats

If you plan to use Dataspace with team members, you can purchase additional seats based on the number of users. Select the number of people you want to collaborate with.

💡 Usage tip | The Free Plan does not support additional seat purchases. The Professional Plan allows seat purchases for 1 to 100 members.

✅ Credits

Subscribing to the Professional Plan includes a set of default credits. If you need more, you can purchase additional credits via the [+ Purchase Additional Credits] button.

💡 Usage tip | For details on each type of credit, refer to the 'Learn About Credits' article.

step 2. Review the payment amount and important notes, then click [Next].

step 3. When the payment screen appears, enter your card details and click [Pay].

step 4. Once payment is complete, an invoice will be sent to your email and your upgraded plan subscription will begin immediately.

💡 Usage tip | Your subscription will automatically renew based on the billing cycle (annual or monthly) selected at checkout. You can cancel the next renewal at any time.

🔍 Please note the following:

  • Members can cancel or withdraw automatic renewal of the next subscription at any time from the Settings page during the subscription period. If no cancellation request is made, the subscription will automatically renew under the same terms.

  • You cannot switch mid-term from a Professional monthly subscription to annual, or from annual to monthly.

  • When upgrading from the Free Plan to the Professional Plan, unused credits from the Free Plan will not carry over and will be forfeited.

  • Once the upgrade is complete, the default credits included in the Professional Plan will be automatically granted, along with any additionally purchased credits.

  • If you prefer a payment method other than card, please contact us via the Dataspace Plan Purchase Inquiry page.


Renewing an Expired Professional Plan

📌 An expired Space can be resubscribed within 90 days from the expiration date. After 90 days, the Space will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

1️⃣ Select Plan Upgrade from the expired Space.

step 1. Select the expired Space and click the [Get Started] button.

step 2. The remaining steps are the same as the Professional Plan Upgrade steps above.

💡 Usage tip | On the payment screen, the number of seats (members) from your previous subscription will be shown as the default value.

If you proceed with fewer seats than before, the excess members will be automatically removed. Members without Admin permission or those with fewer assigned permissions will be removed first. If multiple members share the same conditions, the one registered earliest will be removed first.


Upgrading to the Enterprise Plan

Direct payment upgrades are not supported for the Enterprise Plan.

To upgrade to the Enterprise Plan, please submit an inquiry via the Plan Purchase Inquiry page.
