What is Privacy Destruction Management?
Dataspace provides the [Settings > Privacy Destruction] menu for secure personal information processing. Here, you can grasp the status of personal information retention for each Project at a glance and safely destroy data according to legal grounds or internal policies.
1️⃣ Personal Information Collection Status
This tab allows you to view the list of surveys containing personal information that has not been destroyed and the status of their collection.
You can view surveys that include personal information questions and whose set destruction date has not yet arrived.
Click the 'Go to Survey' icon to check the destruction date. If data utilization is no longer necessary, you can advance and modify the destruction date.
However, the destruction date cannot be modified if even one group is currently collecting data. Please make sure to change the date only after all collection has ended.
2️⃣ Personal Information Upload Status
This tracks the status of non-destroyed personal information among contact details 'added as a file' for sending SMS, AlimTalk, or Email.
Before collection starts: You can immediately destroy the data by clicking [Remove file] in the corresponding collection group.
After collection starts: Once collection has ended, only members with both 'Project access permissions' and 'Privacy permissions' can delete data via the [Immediate Destruction] button. If you do not have the permissions, the button will be deactivated.
3️⃣ Go to My Panel
Personal information registered in My Panel (Custom Panel) must be checked on a separate management page.
Management method: Click the [Go to My Panel] button to check the panel list and manage it by manually deleting unnecessary panel information.
