What is Text AI?
The Text AI feature in Dataspace quantifies text data collected through AI technology. It identifies trends and patterns by classifying data into similar topics and sentiments, while also offering translation capabilities for multilingual data.
With Text AI, you can uncover insights from automatically analyzed results without having to manually sift through vast amounts of customer feedback. This reduces the time and cost typically required for outsourcing text analysis or translation tasks.

Text AI provides five key features: Word Cloud, Text Grouping, Topic Analysis, Sentiment Analysis, and Text Translation. Below is a brief explanation of each feature:
① Word Cloud
Word Cloud includes a morphological analysis feature that extracts nouns, verbs, and adjectives from text data. This helps you create a cleaner and more organized word cloud and keyword table.

A Word Cloud is a text analysis method provided by default in Analytics. It breaks text into keyword units and visualizes them in varying sizes and colors based on the frequency of responses. You can access the Word Cloud in the Results Tab, Report Tab, and Text AI Tab in Analytics.
② Text Grouping
Text Grouping quantifies short text data by grouping similar text together using a proprietary algorithm. Results are displayed in a horizontal bar chart for easy analysis.
③ Topic Analysis
Topic Analysis identifies common themes and opinions in text data. Using AI, it visualizes major topics in bubble charts and summarizes data for each topic.
④ Sentiment Analysis
Sentiment Analysis determines the positive, neutral, or negative sentiment of text data. AI analysis classifies the data into these three categories and visualizes it in a gauge chart, with summarized data available by sentiment.
⑤ Text translation
Text Translation allows you to translate multilingual text data into your desired language. The automatic translation feature supports translations into Korean from over 100 languages, as well as translations between other languages.
