I Want to Analyze the Same Survey Divided into Multiple Groups

This article explains how to create multiple collection groups for a single survey and use them in Dataspace.

Updated today

In Dataspace, you can create multiple collection groups for a single survey based on purpose and collection method, and analyze data by group.

Creating Multiple Collection Groups for One Survey

In the 'Collect' tab, click the [+ New Collection Group] button in the upper right, or select the desired method in the center to add a new collection group. If you need to analyze the same survey divided by group, create as many collection groups as needed.

Analyzing Data by Collection Group

① Checking Response Data by Collection Group

Once at least 1 response has been collected, the [Analytics >] button becomes active. Clicking it takes you to the analytics screen for the collected data.

  1. In 'Analytics', click the 'Results' tab, then select 'Open' in the 'Embedded Data' area.

  2. In collect_group, you can view data by each collection group you created.

② Using Cross-Analysis by Collection Group

When performing cross-analysis, you can set the collection group as the analysis unit. You can then filter to analyze only responses from each collection group.

③ Cleaning Response Count by Collection Group

In [Analytics > Responses], activate 'View Response Status' to check the response count by collection group and clean responses that exceed the target.
