📌 The question adding, copying, deleting, and hiding features are available on all plans.
What is a Question?
A question is the most basic element that makes up a survey. A single question consists of an area to enter the question and an area where respondents select or write an answer.
After writing questions and choices according to what you want to check, you can flexibly manage the survey by adding, copying, deleting, or hiding questions as needed.
Adding a Question
Questions can be added in the following three ways:
Click the [+] button in the Question area of the survey configuration list on the left, then select the desired question type to add.
Click the [+] button that appears when you hover over a question in the survey configuration list on the left, then select the desired question type to add.
Select a question before or after the position where you want to add a question, then click the [+ Question] button at the top or bottom of that question to add it.
Changing Question Order
step 1. Drag and drop the question you want to change.
step 2. The order of questions can be freely changed within the same block or moved to another block. However, questions in a general block cannot be moved to a Screening block.
Copying a Question
step 1. Select the question you want to copy.
step 2. Click the [Copy question] icon at the top, and the question will be copied and added immediately after the selected question.
Deleting a Question
step 1. Select the question you want to delete.
step 2. Click the [Delete question] icon at the top to delete the question. Deleted questions cannot be restored.
Hiding a Question
step 1. Select the question you want to hide.
step 2. Click the [Hide question] icon at the top to hide the question. Hidden questions can be displayed again by clicking [Unhide].
💡 Usage tip | Hiding a question can be used to hide unnecessary questions in a copied survey or when you do not want to expose a specific question to respondents.

✅ Edit items at once for Questions
You can copy or delete multiple questions at once. To organize multiple questions simultaneously, click [Edit items at once], then select the desired questions one by one or press the Shift key to select consecutive questions. Afterward, click the copy or delete icon and press the [Complete] button to apply the changes.
✅ Edit choices at once for Choices
You can also enter multiple choices at once. Click [Edit choices at once] on the question card, then enter the choices in order by using line breaks. When you press the [Confirm] button, the entered content will be automatically added as choices.
If you entered numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.) before the choices, you can check the 'Remove bullet numbers' option to add only the content excluding the numbers.
