📌 Adding, copying, deleting, and hiding questions is available on all plans.
What is a Question?
A question is the most basic element of a survey. Each question consists of an area for entering the question text and an area where respondents select or write their answer.
Write the question and choices based on what you want to find out, then add, copy, delete, or hide questions as needed to manage your survey flexibly.
Add a Question
Questions can be added using any of the following three methods:
Click the [+] button in the 'Questions' section of the left survey structure list, then select the question type.
Hover over a question in the left list to reveal and click the [+] button, then select the question type.
Select the question before or after where you want to add a new question, then click the [+ Question] button at the top or bottom of that question.
Reorder Questions
Step 1. Drag and drop the question you want to move.
Step 2. Questions can be freely reordered within the same block or moved to a different block. However, questions in a regular block cannot be moved to a screening block.
Copy a Question
Step 1. Select the question you want to copy.
Step 2. Click the [Copy Question] icon at the top. The question will be duplicated immediately after the selected question.
Delete a Question
Step 1. Select the question you want to delete.
Step 2. Click the [Delete Question] icon at the top. The question will be deleted and cannot be restored.
Hide a Question
Step 1. Select the question you want to hide.
Step 2. Click the [Hide Question] icon at the top. The question will be hidden, and you can reveal it again by clicking [Unhide].
💡 Tip | Use the hide feature when you want to hide unnecessary questions in a copied survey, or when you don't want certain questions to be shown to respondents.

✅ Bulk Edit Questions
Copy or delete multiple questions at once. Click [Bulk Edit], then select the desired questions one by one or hold Shift to select consecutive questions. Then click the copy or delete icon and press [Done] to apply the changes.
✅ Bulk Edit Choices
Enter multiple choices at once. Click [Bulk Edit] on the question card, then enter choices line by line. Press [Confirm] and the text will be automatically added as choices.
If you entered numbers before each choice (1, 2, 3, etc.), check the 'Remove leading numbers' option to add the choices without the numbers.
