Registering Profile Variables for Registered Panelists

Learn how to register the profile variables you have created with panelists. Use profile variables to send surveys to only the targets you want and conveniently analyze results by condition.

📌 MY Panel is only available on the Enterprise plan.

Adding Profile Variable Values to Panelists

After creating profile variables, you need to enter the corresponding values for each panelist.

When Adding a New Panelist

✅ Registering by entering directly

step 1. Select [MY Panel] from the left menu in Dataspace.

step 2. Click the [+ Add panelist] button, select 'Enter directly' to enter basic information, and enter the profile variable and profile value together under 'Profile.'

step 3. Click the [Save] button to save the basic information and profile values together.

✅ Registering profile values by uploading a file

step 1. Select [MY Panel] from the left menu in Dataspace.

step 2. Click the [+ Add panelist] button, select 'Upload file,' then click [Download template].

step 3. The downloaded file includes basic information (name, UID, phone number, email) along with 'Profile variable 1' and 'Profile variable 2' columns. If needed, you can add columns to enter more information.

step 4. Enter the profile value for each panelist in the corresponding column.

step 5. Upload the completed file using [Find file].

step 6. Once the upload begins, you can check whether it has completed in the upload history.

For Already Registered Panelists

step 1. Select [MY Panel] from the left menu in Dataspace.

step 2. From the MY Panel list, select the panelist you want to add a profile value to and click [Edit].

step 3. Select the desired profile variable and value, and the added profile appears below. After reviewing, click [Save].

💡 Usage tip | Clicking [Bulk profile change] from the MY Panel list lets you add profiles for multiple panelists at the same time.
