📌 MY Panel is only available on the Enterprise plan.
Adding MY Panel Members
Up to 50,000 panelists can be registered per Space. A small number of respondents can be entered directly on screen, and for larger numbers, you can upload a file to register everyone at once.
1️⃣ Navigate to 'MY Panel.'
step 1. Select [MY Panel] from the left menu in Dataspace.
step 2. Click the [+ Add new panelist] button in the upper right of the screen.
step 3. Select either 'Enter directly' or 'Upload file' as your preferred method.
2️⃣ Enter the required basic information to add a panelist.
The basic information that can be entered in MY Panel consists of name, phone number, email, and UID.
Name, phone number, email: Contact information used when sending surveys. To protect personal data, some information is automatically masked and stored securely.
UID: A unique identifier you can set yourself to distinguish panelists. Within the same Space, the same UID cannot be used for different panelists. Only letters, numbers, hyphens (-), and underscores (_) can be entered for UIDs.
✅ Adding a panelist by entering directly
step 1. Select 'Enter directly' from [+ Add panelist]. 'Enter directly' is the method of adding a panelist by entering their information manually.
step 2. Enter the panelist's basic information (name, phone number, email, UID) in 'Basic information' on the 'Enter panelist directly' screen.
💡 Usage tip | If profile variables have already been registered, you can also select profile values under 'Profile.'
step 3. After entering all information, click the [Save] button to register the panelist.
💡 Usage tip | To send a survey, at least one of phone number or email must be entered. Enter the required contact information in advance based on the distribution method you plan to use (email, SMS, or KakaoTalk notification message).
✅ Adding panelists in bulk by uploading a file
step 1. Select 'Upload file' from [+ Add panelist]. 'Upload file' is a method of creating a panelist list file and uploading it, supporting Excel (.xlsx) and CSV (.csv) formats.
step 2. Select the required configuration values.
Duplicate check criteria between existing and newly added panelists: When registering multiple panelists at once, a duplicate check is automatically performed based on the selected identifier (UID, phone number, or email).
Handling of duplicate entries:
Keep existing values: Even if the same panelist exists in the upload file, the previously registered information is kept as-is.
Overwrite with new values: If the same panelist exists in the upload file, the existing information is replaced with the new file's information.
step 3. Click the [Download upload template] button to download the upload template (CSV).
step 4. Enter panelist information in the downloaded template.
Do not modify the item names (headers) in row 1, columns A–E of the upload template. Modifying them may restrict the upload.
Enter values for name, phone number, email, and UID. At least 1 piece of information from name, phone number, email, or UID must be included.
If there is additional information to manage (profile variables), enter it in the 'Profile variable 1' and 'Profile variable 2' fields. If more items are needed, add columns to the right and enter values.
step 5. Upload the completed file using [Find file].
step 6. Once the upload begins, you can check whether it has completed in the upload history.
💡 Usage tip | The maximum number of entries that can be uploaded at once is 10,000. If the number exceeds 10,000, please split the file and upload in separate batches.
💡 Usage tip | After uploading, you can check the results in [Upload history]. Failed items can be reviewed for reasons using [Download processing results], and the history is only kept for 7 days.
Editing MY Panel Information
1️⃣ Select the panelist to edit.
step 1. Click [View all panelists] on the 'MY Panel' screen.
step 2. When the panelist list appears, select the panelist you want to edit and click [Edit].
💡 Usage tip | You can also select multiple panelists to edit at once.
2️⃣ Edit the information and save.
step 1. Change the value of the item you want to edit.
✅ Name, phone number, email
You can edit the contact information used when sending surveys. To protect personal data, some information is automatically masked and stored securely.
✅ UID
The UID is a unique value for distinguishing panelists. It can be modified if needed, but within the same Space, the same UID cannot be used for different panelists.
※ Only letters, numbers, hyphens (-), and underscores (_) can be entered for UIDs.
Changing a UID may break the link with past survey response histories. Please carefully consider whether a change is necessary unless absolutely required.
✅ SMS/Email opt-out
You can edit a panelist's SMS or email receiving preferences.
※ If an opt-out is requested via the opt-out link included in a message, it is automatically reflected and the status is changed to opted out.
However, removing an opt-out is only possible upon the respondent's own request — an administrator cannot arbitrarily remove it without a separate request.
✅ Adding profile variables
Pre-registered profile variables can be added or removed.
💡 Usage tip | To edit profile information for multiple panelists at once, use the [Bulk profile change] feature from the panelist list screen.
step 2. Click the [Save] button and the changes will be reflected immediately.
💡 Usage tip | The panel ID is a unique identifier automatically assigned by Dataspace to identify panelists and cannot be modified.
Deleting MY Panel Members
📌 Deleting a panelist is only possible for members with Privacy permission.
step 1. Click [View all panelists] on the 'MY Panel' screen.
step 2. When the panelist list appears, select the panelist you want to delete and click [Delete]. Once deleted, a panelist cannot be restored — please double-check before deleting.
