Create a New Space

When you sign up for Opensurvey and access Dataspace for the first time, an onboarding page will appear.

Enter the name of the new space, your company and department information, and click the [Launch my space] button.
This information will be used to provide personalized services, such as survey recommendations tailored to your industry and job role.

Please note:

By completing this process, a Free Space will be created, which grants limited access to core Dataspace features.
If you wish to subscribe to a paid space, please refer to this article.

Create an additional Space

A single account can belong to multiple spaces.
However, you can only own one Free Space per account.

If you already have a Free Space, you can only create additional spaces by subscribing to a Professional or Enterprise plan.

To create a new space with a Professional or Enterprise plan:

  1. On the Dataspace home screen, click the space name in the upper left corner.

  2. The My Spaces panel will open on the right. Click the [+] button at the top right of this panel.

  3. A page will open introducing the available subscription plans.
If you’ve already chosen a plan or want to speak with a specialist, click [Contact Sales].

  4. Fill out and submit the inquiry form.
A customer expert will contact you within 1 business day to help you discuss the new subscription and space setup.

🤔 When or in what situations is it useful to use multiple spaces?

  • Even within the same company/organization, if data needs to be stored separately by team, it can be operated by dividing it into multiple spaces.

  • For example, the survey results of the HR team that manages employee experience need to be managed separately so that they cannot be accessed by other departments. In this case, you can create a separate space for the HR team and use the dataspace.
