Start a survey with your own customers

Do you already have a list of people you’d like to survey?

You can collect responses using a survey link or QR code, or send surveys directly via email, SMS, or Kakao AlimTalk from Dataspace.


If you’d like to survey your own customers directly, follow the steps below to get started with Dataspace.


1️⃣ Sign up for Dataspace and log in

◼️ If you are not an existing member


Step 1. To use the service, you must first sign up as an Opensurvey member.
👉 Go to the sign-up page


Step 2. Enter all required information and set a space name to start using Dataspace.

◼️ If you are already a member

Step 1. Log in to Dataspace.
👉 Go to the login page

Step 2. Select an existing space or create a new one to start using Dataspace.

2️⃣ Subscribe to Dataspace

You can send surveys to your own customers on all plans. However, available collection and delivery methods vary by plan.

Please check your current plan first on the [Settings > Subscription & Billing] page.

If your desired collection or delivery method is not included in your plan, you can upgrade by clicking [Upgrade plan] on the Dataspace home.

✅ Included credits

Each plan includes a certain number of collection credits. Credits are deducted based on your target number of completed responses, so please check before use.

3️⃣ Create your survey

Step 1. Click the [+ Create survey] button.

Step 2. Build your survey using the various features available in Dataspace.

4️⃣ Set up a collection group

Once your survey is ready, go to the “Collect” tab and choose your preferred method.

📫 Send via space

Step 1. Select email, SMS, or AlimTalk, then set the recipients and details.

Step 2. After entering the recipients, message content, and target number of completed responses, click [Start collection].

✅ When sending via space, both delivery credits and collection credits are required.

  • Collection credits: Credits required to collect actual survey responses.

  • Delivery credits: Credits used to send surveys via email, SMS, or AlimTalk.

🔗 Collect responses via link

Step 1. Choose a collection method and configure the details based on your needs.

  • Basic link: Collect responses from multiple people using one link

  • Personalized link: Send a unique link to each respondent

  • QR code: Collect responses via a QR code

Step 2. Set the end date and target number of completed responses, then click [Start collection].

✅ Collection credits are required when collecting responses via link or QR code. Credits are deducted based on the target number of completed responses. Any unused credits will be automatically refunded.

5️⃣ Analyze the results

Once at least one response is collected, the “Analysis” tab will be activated within 5 minutes. Use Dataspace’s various features to review and analyze your results.
