1️⃣ Collection of personal information or sensitive information is restricted.
Since separate rewards are provided to consumer panels, you do not need to request personal information such as email addresses or phone numbers from respondents, or include them as survey questions.
Also, since basic demographic information such as gender, age, and place of residence is already provided when setting up response collection, this also does not need to be collected directly in the survey or configured as separate questions.
2️⃣ Surveys for the following purposes are restricted.
The following types of surveys cannot be conducted through Panel Self-Survey:
Surveys that collect personal information or sensitive information
Surveys for political purposes or opinion polling
Surveys for marketing or promotion of your own services or products
Surveys that lead to external surveys, or that recruit interview or follow-up survey participants
'Mission-type' surveys that require visiting specific websites, viewing content, or performing tasks
3️⃣ Please comply with the following rules for response quality.
Surveys where the number of questions in the screening block for determining respondent eligibility exceeds 9
Surveys where the total number of questions exceeds 99
Surveys that violate the above rules cannot have response quality guaranteed, so collection is restricted. After confirming the separately notified reason for suspension, you can resume collection by editing the survey.
4️⃣ IR verification results are valid for 14 days.
IR verification results are valid for 14 days from the verification date.
Payment must be completed within this period to collect responses with the same collection group. If the period expires, a new survey and collection group must be created and IR verification must be conducted again. Additional costs will occur in this case, so please be sure to check the validity period.
✅ The 'IR verification' process only proceeds when 'Collect After IR Verification' is selected as the collection method for Korean panel surveys; it is not relevant for Non-Korean panel surveys.
5️⃣ Refunds are only possible under specific conditions.
Even if data quality decreases due to design errors, refunds are not possible. Surveys subject to the notified collection restriction conditions may be suspended without separate notice, and refunds are also not possible in such cases.
Additionally, if a situation arises where respondents cannot normally participate due to survey logic errors or videos inappropriate for respondents to view, collection may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. Please thoroughly review survey content before starting response collection.
✅ Cases where refunds are possible:
If the target response count cannot be secured within 2 business days despite setting a target at or below the collectible count, a refund is possible for the uncollected quantity.
If 'Collect Immediately' was selected or the expected IR is higher or lower than the actual IR in Non-Korean Panel Self-Survey, a refund can be requested.
If actual IR is higher than expected: The estimate decreases compared to the paid amount, and the difference is automatically partially refunded after collection is complete.
If actual IR is lower than expected: Fewer responses than the target are collected. If additional payment for securing the target response count is not made, the remaining amount excluding the cost for collected responses is automatically refunded.
6️⃣ Quality Objection for Responses
After response collection is complete, if an objection is received within 14 days, the content will be reviewed, and if a legitimate reason is confirmed, additional collection or other necessary measures will be provided.
7️⃣ Data Access for Customer Support
For 14 days from the final billing date (payment date), the customer support team can access survey data for respondent protection or customer inquiry response and issue resolution purposes.
8️⃣ [Non-Korean Panel] Processing Standards for Differences Between Expected and Actual IR
When conducting Panel Self-Survey targeting Non-Korean panels, you must directly select the expected IR range. If the selected expected IR differs from the actual IR, the following standards apply:
If actual IR is higher than expected: All target responses are collected, and the difference can be refunded through customer center inquiry.
If actual IR is lower than expected: Fewer responses than the target are collected, and a guidance email is sent stating that the survey was automatically suspended due to the IR difference. Additional collection must be conducted based on the actual IR, with additional costs incurred.
