Q. How long does collection usually take?
Response collection is completed on average within 24 hours after payment. However, if specific groups with low response rates (e.g., teenagers) or conditions with low incidence rates (IR) are included, it may take up to 48 hours.
※ For surveys with screening questions where 'Collect After IR Verification' is selected as the collection method, an IR verification procedure is required before response collection, which takes approximately 4-5 hours.
Q. What sample size is appropriate?
The minimum sample size that can be processed in Dataspace is 100 people. It is advisable to determine the sample size considering your research purpose and budget.
Q. Are there limits on the number of survey questions?
A maximum of 99 questions can be set. It is recommended to design the number of questions considering respondent focus and completion rates.
Q. Is a report also provided?
Yes. Opensurvey provides a web dashboard that enables cross-analysis, along with an AI-automatically generated PPT report. Additionally, if you find it difficult to interpret results and determine next actions, you can use Insight Wiki.
Q. Can personal information or sensitive topics be addressed?
Direct collection of personal information from panels is not permitted. In addition, legally or ethically sensitive items go through a separate review process to determine approval, and may be restricted in some cases.
Q. Is IR verification required for all surveys?
No. Surveys without screening questions, or surveys conducted through 'Send from Space' or 'Collect via Link' methods do not go through IR verification.
Also, for surveys with screening questions where 'Collect Immediately' is selected as the collection method, or surveys where the targeting country is overseas, collection can start immediately based on the expected IR without IR verification.
