'Select Collection Method' is a feature for selecting how to reflect the incidence rate in surveys that include screening questions to proceed with collection.

✅ Collect Immediately
'Collect Immediately' is a method where response collection starts immediately after selecting the expected incidence rate range and completing payment. If the actual incidence rate differs from the expected rate after collection has proceeded, post-settlement occurs, including automatic partial refunds for the difference.
Key Steps
step 1. Create a survey with screening questions, then navigate to the collection screen and click [Use Consumer Panel].
step 2. In the 'Select Collection Method', select [Collect Immediately].
step 3. In 'Select Sampling Method', select one of the desired methods.
step 4. Select the expected incidence rate range directly. (For Korean Panel surveys, AI prediction automatically provides the expected IR range.)
step 5. Enter the desired number of responses in 'Target Response Count'.
step 6. Agree to the Terms of Service and click [Issue Invoice & Pay] to complete payment, then select Immediate Distribution or Scheduled Distribution.
🧙 When the Actual IR Differs from the Expected
If actual IR is higher than or equal to expected: Target response count is collected normally. If the IR is higher, the estimate decreases compared to the paid amount, and the difference is automatically partially refunded after collection is complete.
If actual IR is lower than expected: Fewer responses than the target are collected. Additional collection is needed to secure the target response count, which may incur additional costs. If additional payment is not made within the notified deadline (3 days), the remaining amount excluding the cost for responses collected so far is automatically refunded.
✅ Collect After IR Verification
'Collect After IR Verification' is a method where you first verify the actual incidence rate with a KRW 100 payment, then confirm the final estimate based on the verified IR and proceed with collection after payment.
Key Steps
step 1. Create a survey with screening questions and navigate to the collection screen.
step 2. In 'Select Collection Method', select [Collect After IR Verification].
step 3. Select a sampling method and set up quotas.
step 4. Agree to the Terms of Service and click [Start IR Verification] to complete payment. IR verification collection begins.
step 5. IR verification is completed within 24 hours, and the results are notified by email. The verification result is valid for 14 days.
step 6. Based on the confirmed IR, the final estimate is presented. Click [Issue Invoice & Pay] to start the main survey collection.
