More responses were collected than the target number of responses.

This article explains Dataspace's response collection policy.

Updated today

Dataspace prioritizes ensuring that respondents can participate in surveys smoothly and complete all questions through to the last one.

Therefore, even when collection is paused upon reaching the set 'target response count' or 'collection stop time', respondents who have already accessed the survey can still complete it. As a result, the actual number of responses collected may exceed the set value.

For example, if the 'target response count' is set to 100 and 12 people simultaneously access the survey when 98 responses have been collected, all 12 of them may be able to complete the survey. The final response count could therefore exceed up to 110.

Please keep this policy in mind when setting collection conditions if you need to limit responses to an exact count.

📌 Additional Notes

  • When creating a collection group in the 'Collect' tab, you can set collection stop conditions in advance.

  • If either condition is met, collection will automatically stop.
