🧙 Guide to Required Response Settings by Question Type
Multiple rating and Sum to number questions can only be set as 'Required.'
Multiple rating and Sum to number questions are structured such that respondents enter evaluation values or figures for multiple items respectively. If some items are left blank, it may become difficult to interpret the data or the accuracy of the analysis results may be significantly reduced. In particular, since these types of questions are often used for quantitative analysis purposes such as comparison between items, average calculation, and ratio calculation, it is important that responses for all items are completely collected.
Due to these characteristics, these question types cannot be set to be responded to optionally and can only be set to a 'Required' state where all respondents must enter a value.
