What is a project?
Projects are a function that allows you to manage data by dividing it into groups based on topics or collaboration entities. Dataspace users can create projects to collect and manage the data they want, and grant access levels so that only members who collaborate with them can view the project.
First of all, only members with 'Project' permission can create projects in the space. If you do not have 'Project' permission, the [+New Project] button will not be displayed on the home screen, so if you need that permission, please ask a member with Admin permission in the space!
Project screen configuration
① Create a New project
To create a new project, click the [+New Project] button. Enter the desired project name in the pop-up window and click the [Confirm] button. Project names can be up to 200 characters long.
② Search and Filter Projects
You can find the project you want by using the Search Project Title feature. Enter a keyword in the search bar and press 'Enter' to display search results for projects containing that keyword.
To filter projects by Project Members, use the filter function on the right side of the search bar. Click the filter bar, select a member from the dropdown list, and the project list will update in real time.
③ Project list
A list of projects appears, either created by the user or available for collaboration based on their project access level.
In the list, you can check the name of each project, the number of data belonging to the project, the creation date, and the project members.
If the user has 'Full Access' on the project, the More button will be enabled and they will be able to change the project name or delete the project.
You can change the number of projects displayed on one screen to 10 or 20 by clicking the drop-down button at the bottom right.
