Can I exclude typos and search terms from a word cloud?
Word clouds are automatically generated results that break up words in a text response based on the spaces between words, and therefore cannot be edited or corrected to exclude typos or particles.
So how can we use word clouds?
You can use word clouds to identify the most frequently mentioned keywords and get an idea of the overall trends in your data.
Based on this, you can select response data that contains specific keywords from the text response original results screen to check specific response descriptions or nuances.
