1. Synthetic persona interview
Start from [Synthetic persona interview] |
Click [Synthetic persona interview] in the left Home menu to go straight to the synthetic persona interview page and start an interview.
2. Library
Start from [Library] > [Synthetic persona] tab |
In the left Home menu, go to [Library] and open the [Synthetic persona] tab. Select the personas you want to talk with and start a group interview or a 1:1 persona interview. If you haven't created any personas yet, click [+ Add synthetic persona] at the top right to create one.
3. Marketplace
Start from [Marketplace] > [Audience] tab |
You can start talking right away, without a separate survey, with synthetic personas that Opensurvey has built in advance from real consumer response data. On the audience card you want, click 'View Details', then click 'Chat with N' to start an interview.
Note | Only audience cards marked with the [Synthetic persona available] label support conversations with synthetic personas.
4. Dataspace AI

Click [Synthetic persona interview] in the left Home menu to select a recently added or recommended synthetic persona and start an interview right away. If you haven't created any personas yet, click [+ Create synthetic persona] at the top right to create one.
Alternatively, open the Dataspace AI chat and enter "I want to find a target segment and talk with synthetic personas from that segment." When the AI asks what you're finding a target for, answer with the category and the product or brand whose target you're looking for.
FAQ
Q. Do I need to create new personas every time?
A. No. If you save them to the Library, you can load them with a single click in your next interview without creating them again.
Q. Do I need survey data from Dataspace to create personas?
A. No, you don't need a survey run in Dataspace. Import an external file to create synthetic personas from your own data right away. You can also create them based on Opensurvey's trend reports.
