'AI Response Quality Inspection' is a feature that uses AI to automatically check the quality of open-ended responses collected in a survey.

It precisely identifies contextually insincere responses — such as answers completely unrelated to the question (e.g., meaningless strings of words, irrelevant content), or responses that are difficult to interpret even after reading.

By using 'AI Response Quality Inspection', these contextually insincere responses are automatically identified, allowing you to quickly assess response quality without having to manually review every single response.

Running analysis with insincere responses included can distort the interpretation of results. By proactively identifying and managing responses that are not suitable for analysis through 'AI Response Quality Inspection', you can derive analytical results based on more reliable data.

How to Set Up AI Response Quality Inspection

📌 AI Response Quality Inspection is available on the Professional or Enterprise plan.

step 1. After completing the survey design, click [Collect] or [Start Collecting] at the top to navigate to the 'Collect' screen.

step 2. Select your preferred collection method to create a collection group.

  • Use Consumer Panel

  • Collect responses through link (Anonymous link · Personal links · QR code)

  • Send the survey from the space (Email · SMS · AlimTalk)

step 3. Under 'Advanced Settings', enable the 'AI Response Quality Inspection' toggle.

💡 Usage tip | AI Response Quality Inspection applies to up to 10 open-ended questions per collection group. Questions exceeding 10 will be inspected using the existing pattern-based algorithm.
