🔍 Insights Wiki Usage Steps
Select the data you want.
Enter your purpose.
Use the generated Insights Wiki.
1️⃣ Select the data you want.
From the left menu on the Dataspace home screen, select [Insights Wiki].
Click [Create Insights Wiki].
Select the survey data from which you want to derive insights. There are two types of data available — choose based on your analysis purpose.
Trend Report Data: Survey data from trend reports conducted by Opensurvey for various trends and research purposes. Available to anyone, and well-suited for analyzing the latest market and consumer trends.
My Space Data: Survey data directly collected or owned within your Space in Dataspace. Can be used for internal organizational analysis and decision-making.

2️⃣ Enter your purpose.
Once you select survey data, a chat session begins for creating the Insights Wiki.
This step is designed to help you use Insights Wiki faster and more efficiently.
When the chat starts, a list of recommended topics suggested by Insights Wiki is displayed. Select a topic of interest or choose "Enter my own purpose."
Based on your selection, an "Insights Wiki outline" is automatically generated.
To make edits yourself, select [Edit manually].
To generate the Insights Wiki immediately with the proposed outline, select [Start generating].

3️⃣ Use the generated Insights Wiki.
Insights Wiki is generated based on your input, and you can review the key insights and their sources.

Once the Insights Wiki is generated, structured insights are provided based on your stated purpose and the selected survey data.
Summary and Recommendations: Key insights and implications derived from the survey results are clearly presented for quick reference in the decision-making process. Source questions are also displayed within the body text — hover over them to view the basis (citations) for each insight.
Suggested Next Steps: Strategic action items applicable going forward are presented alongside the analysis results, supporting you in moving beyond mere data interpretation toward actual execution.
