To gain more meaningful insights from your data, follow the steps below to create an Insights Wiki.
How to create an Insights Wiki
1. From the left menu on the Dataspace home screen, select [Insights Wiki].
2. Click [Generate AI Report].
3. Select the survey data from which you want to derive insights. There are two types of data available — choose based on your analysis purpose.
Trend Report Data: Survey data from trend reports conducted by Opensurvey for various trends and research purposes. Available to anyone, and well-suited for analyzing the latest market and consumer trends.
My Space Data: Survey data directly collected or owned within your Space in Dataspace. Can be used for internal organizational analysis and decision-making. Only data with 100 or fewer variables can be selected.
💡 Insights Wiki can be created for any survey that has collected at least 1 response. However, if the number of responses is fewer than 100, there may be some limitations in interpreting the analysis results.
For more stable and reliable insights, we recommend using data with a sufficient number of responses whenever possible.
4. Once the chat session for creating the Insights Wiki begins, a list of recommended topics suggested by Insights Wiki is displayed. Select a topic of interest or type your own topic in the input field at the bottom.
5. Based on the selected topic, an "Insights Wiki outline" is automatically generated.
To make edits yourself: select [Edit manually]
To generate the Insights Wiki immediately with the proposed outline: select [Start generating]
💡 Once response collection has begun, you can also create an Insights Wiki directly from [Analytics > Results].
🔍 Want to generate a report that matches your exact intent?
The clearer and more specific your input, the more precise and actionable the insights you receive. Provide as much detail as possible, including:
The purpose for which you want to gain insights
Expected outcomes
Your job function or the department that will use the report
If additional clarification is needed based on your input, Insights Wiki automatically generates relevant suggestions. These suggestions may include items to supplement or additional questions to consider — by reviewing and responding to them, you can obtain more accurate and complete insights.
Sample input 1 — Marketing research
I want to understand consumer reactions before launching a new product.
I want to know what reasons drive the primary target audience to choose the product, and which segments have high purchase intent.
The marketing team plans to use this as a reference for campaign messaging and ad creative planning.
Sample input 2 — Service improvement
I want to identify service improvement directions based on customer satisfaction survey results.
I want to know which areas of dissatisfaction should be prioritized for improvement and which factors are expected to boost satisfaction when addressed.
The CX (Customer Experience) team plans to use this for service improvement planning.
Sample input 3 — Internal decision-making support
I want to analyze a company welfare program satisfaction survey to identify the welfare items most preferred by employees.
I plan to synthesize department-level preference differences and improvement requests, and reflect them in next quarter's welfare policy planning.
The HR team plans to use this as a reference for internal reporting and policy decisions.
