📌 Additional credit purchases are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans only. Anyone on these plans can purchase credits, regardless of their Space permissions.
How to Purchase Credits
1️⃣ Go to the Usage Billing screen.
step 1. Navigate to [Settings > Usage Billing]. Here you can check your current usage for each credit type.
step 2. Click the [Purchase Additional Credits] button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2️⃣ Select your credits and complete payment.
step 1. Clicking [Purchase Additional Credits] opens the purchase screen. Select the type and quantity of credits you want to buy.
step 2. Only card payments are accepted. If you wish to pay by another method, please contact us via the Product Inquiry page.
step 3. Once you've selected everything you want to purchase, check the required consent boxes and click [Next].
step 4. On the payment screen, enter your card information and click [Pay] to complete the purchase.
💡 Usage tip | Once payment is complete, an invoice will be automatically sent to your email.
Credit Purchase Units and Pricing
Credits can be purchased in set units by type. Pricing per unit is as follows.

Credit Expiration
✅ Free Plan
Default credits on the Free plan (300 collection credits and 300 import credits) never expire.
Since the Free plan does not allow additional credit purchases, no expiration policy applies to additional credits.
✅ Professional & Enterprise Plans
Default credits can only be used within the subscription period.
Additionally purchased credits must be used within one year of the purchase date.
💡 Usage tip | Be sure to use any unused default credits before your subscription period ends. Unused default credits do not carry over to the next subscription period, and will also expire without carryover if you change your plan.
FAQ
Q. Can I get a refund on additionally purchased credits?
A. Yes. You can request a refund for unused additionally purchased credits within 7 days of the purchase date.
Q. Can I enter a custom quantity when purchasing credits?
A. Unfortunately, custom quantities are not supported. Credits are available only in pre-set purchase units, and you can choose from those available options.
